110 Grill Opens in Haverhill

Suburban restaurant opens ninth New England location.

On Tuesday, August 29110 Grill Haverhill, the newest installment to the 110 Grill group of restaurants, will open its doors to the public, unveiling an upscale-casual atmosphere, array of comforting classics and individualized dining experience for all guests. With their modern American cuisine and trendy restaurant feel, the 110 team sees Haverhill as an ideal location for expansion, and looks forward to serving the thriving community. Located at 1175 Main Street in Haverhill, the 5,800 square-foot, 180-seat restaurant offers modern American cuisine with unparalleled gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.

 

 

Thanks to the expertise of director culinary, Elliot Williams, 110 Haverhill’s menu consists of classic 110 favorites and fresh flavors of summer. Williams brings his global culinary influence to the menu with seasonally-inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering the entire menu 100-percent gluten-free. Starters will include Cajun Yellowfin Tuna served rare with Asian slaw, sweet teriyaki, and a Sriracha aioli drizzle, Tater Tot Poutine with a caramelized shallot demi-glace, cheese sauce, and scallions, and Spinach Dip Bread Bowl, in a sourdough bread bowl with tortilla chips and cucumber slices. For entrées, guests can choose from a variety of composed dishes including Roasted Beet Salad with arugula, pickled onions, candied walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, and a red wine vinaigrette, Chicken Pesto Pasta with roasted tomatoes, artichokes, cavatappi pasta, and shaved reggiano and the Turkey Burger with cheddar, avocado, red onion, lemon aioli, and arugula served on a herbed focaccia bun. Impressive steak cuts include 110’s Bourbon-Marinated Steak Tips that are served with a whiskey glaze. The bar features a variety of craft beer offerings both on draft and by the bottle, an approachable wine list and handcrafted seasonal cocktails.

110 Grill Haverhill will open Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. The restaurant will be open thereafter for lunch and dinner Sunday through Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For more information, please visit 110grill.com or call 978-641-3999.
