Fine Food + Cooking by J. Ricardo Sanchez

With a long history of four-star cuisine to his name, J. Ricardo Sanchez is the go-to guy if you’re looking for a personal chef on the North Shore. A native of California, Sanchez attended Napa Valley Cooking School in St. Helena and upon graduating entered a career working with some of the top talent in the haute cuisine industry (such as the White Barn Inn and Arrows Restaurant in Maine and famous Le Cirque in New York). He went on from the restaurant world into catering with New York’s premier catering company Peter Callahan Catering. Today, Sanchez lives on the North Shore, where he creates beautiful and memorable dinner parties for his clients and their guests.
