The latest addition to The Aquitaine Group is Gaslight, a charming 300-seat American/French bistro in Lynnfield. From the subway-tiled walls to antiqued glass mirrors to arched ceilings to an open kitchen, the space is feels like an authentic European bistro. The restaurant offers French bistro-inspired cuisine such as French onion soup, pate de foie gras, croquet monsieur and steak frites along with more American dishes such as Berkshire Pork Chop, roasted swordfish, and Ahi Tuna. This spring, Gaslight will start making use of a large terrace. Featuring an outdoor firepit and bar.
