The 196th annual Topsfield Fair will feature everything from pig racing and the pumpkin weigh-off to concerts and pageants. The fair, which runs from October 3 through 13, will have an emphasis on agriculture and fun, with the slogan “Let the good times grow!”

Good news for fans of the band America and country star Kellie Pickler, the fair will not charge for concerts this year. General admission ticket covers most entertainment. Admission tickets purchased during the fair on weekdays (October 3, 6-9) are $11.00 each and on October 10th, weekends, and Columbus Day (October 13) are $15.00 each.
