This necessary nurturing reduces anxiety and stress and boost performance levels. Spa Week has successfully spread this message for more than a decade and enabled millions to live a healthier lifestyle.

From October 12-18, this biannual event returns to the North Shore and across the country with hundreds of spa, wellness, and fitness facilities offering premium full-service treatments at a major discount of $50 each. The complete directory launched on September 9th, allowing spa-goers to begin booking their desired services.
