This necessary nurturing reduces anxiety and stress and boost performance levels. Spa Week has successfully spread this message for more than a decade and enabled millions to live a healthier lifestyle.

From October 12-18, this biannual event returns to the North Shore and across the country with hundreds of spa, wellness, and fitness facilities offering premium full-service treatments at a major discount of $50 each. The complete directory launched on September 9th, allowing spa-goers to begin booking their desired services.

Spa Week was created and founded by Cheryl Reid in 2004, who hails from successful careers within the luxury spa industry and publishing spheres.
