2014 Whim Dinner with Burton's Grill
Celebrating the 5th season of their Whim dinner series, Smolak Farms is pleased to announce this year’s schedule, which will run every Wednesday evening from July 8 through August 19.
Taste the talent of some of New England’s finest chefs with a multi-course dinner “in the rough.” Sit amongst friends in the Pine Grove, where views of the farm and setting sun crown the farm-to-table dining experience. Chefs work with produce grown on the farm, as well as seasonal fruits and berries. (Menus are posted two weeks before each dinner.)
