Soap and Rope Theatre Company returns to Castle Hill on May 17-20 for another hilarious commedia dell’arte production. This time, the troupe will perform the classic French comedy Scapin by Moliere and adapted by Bill Irwin and Mark O’Donnell.

Crafty servant Scapin concocts an outrageous scheme to help two hapless young men marry their beautiful but penniless loves. Will Scapin’s kidnapping and ransom plan save the day? This family-friendly production is filled with flamboyant characters, colorful costumes, and physical comedy.
