What’s Unique: A daily barbecue plate, served on a sheet pan, could be brisket or pork shoulder, or anything else the trio of chefs wants to put in the on-site smoker, always served with a fluffy buttermilk biscuit. Whiskey-glazed ribs are a permanent fixture, and veggies might also get the smoked treatment.
What’s New: Packed beach takeout or picnic-style options for the summer, for pickup or delivery to the nearby marina, so people can enjoy their day out on their boat with a hamper full of Superfine.
In the works: A second location is slated to open late this summer in the old Jack Tar spot in Marblehead.
