Carefully educated servers have tasted just about everything, from the craft cocktails and wines by the glass to the specials of the day, and are adept at finding tastes to please every palate. Of course the steaks are terrific, but executive chef Mario Capone’s deft touch with seafood, pork, and creative sides is not to be missed.
