The gluten-free menu at owner Steve DiFillippo’s hot spot is long, delicious, and carefully prepared, using separate utensils and equipment. Many selections on the regular menu are naturally without gluten, with no sacrifice in flavor, and the gluten-free pastas and pizzas are crafted in-house, using flour developed by French Laundry’s Thomas Keller.
