The vibe is definitely old school in this well-established steak house here on the North Shore. Dark oak interiors, white table cloths, and waiters in vests and ties are reminiscent of places where “Mad Men” character Don Draper might dine. And the steak is delicious—wet-aged for a “cleaner” flavor and quick broiled over high heat, and followed by at least 20 minutes of rest. A 16-ounce bone-in filet is the star of the menu.
