Talk about a hidden gem. This place is up on the fourth floor of Mill No. 5 in Lowell—not necessarily the first place that comes to mind when you are ready to roll out the mat—but it should be on your top five list. Intimate and welcoming, this is a studio with a all-around good vibe, and is soon to be moved to the fifth floor, where it’s even quieter. The wonderful old building with its soaring ceilings, in combination with gentle instruction, makes practicing here a true pleasure.
