Chef Daniel Bruce and chef de cuisine Keith Bombaugh invite guests to a four-course Burgundy Wine Dinner on April 27 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar, located inside the Boston Harbor Hotel.

Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar welcomes guests for a special evening celebrating the world’s finest Burgundies. Acclaimed chef Daniel Bruce and Chef de Cuisine Keith Bombaugh present a four-course dinner expertly paired with a variety of Burgundies from producers including Domaine Gracieux Chevalier, Domaine Michel Lafarge, Etienne Sauzet Vineyards, Domaine de Courcel, and Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur.

The special menu, created by Founder of the Boston Wine Festival and Chef Daniel Bruce showcases the best in local spring ingredients with expertly paired with wines from top Burgundy vineyards.  Chef Daniel Bruce and Chef de Cuisine Keith Bombaugh will lead guests through the culinary journey, with the full menu including:
