On Monday, November 20, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m., let Boston’s top chefs ease your holiday stress, as award-winning chef/owners Andy Husbands (The Smoke Shop BBQ and Tremont 647) and Tony Maws (Craigie on Main and Kirkland Tap & Trotter) host the first-ever live social media press conference Q&A at The Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) with Boston’s top influencers. Harkening back to the days of Butterball’s “Turkey Talk Line,” a hotline that offered Americans with Thanksgiving prep panic the opportunity to seek solace from 50-plus chef/experts, #TurkeyTalk2017 is the 21st century hybrid.

Facilitated by Anna Rossi, the Q&A will go live at 7:00 p.m. on @TheSmokeShop, @CraigieOnMain, and @BCAE social handles, as well as on the social handles of some of Boston’s top social media influencers with both chefs offering last minute tips and tricks on Thanksgiving prep while answering pressing home-cooking questions from influencers’ home viewers in real time. Afraid to burn the house down frying a turkey? Cousins with allergies to butter and carbs? Husbands and Maws are there to be the ultimate holiday heroes, all from the comforts of the phone screen!
