Osteria Nino

Osteria Nino celebrates its first New Year’s Eve at Burlington’s 3rd Ave with a unique five course prix-fixe menu designed by executive chef Walace Benica. Benica blends signature Italian style with fresh local flavors from land and sea, beginning the meal with Wood Baked Scallops paired with prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic. Following the scallops are a Fish Croquette of haddock and potato and a traditional, comforting Minestrone soup. The entrée, a classic Braised Lamb Shank, has a twist in the form of a polenta accompaniment. A Warm Chocolate Cake with vanilla gelato provides a sweet ending to a satisfying meal. And don’t forget to toast the New Year with a glass of champagne or sparkling wine from Osteria Nino’s extensive all-Italian wine list.
