On Wednesday, August 13, 2014 the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem hosted a luncheon where 30 guests experienced the culinary talents of ten teenagers. 

Tuscan Kitchen’s eight-week Junior Chef program taught the art of chopping, sautéing, making bread and seasoning, as well as kitchen safety and cleaning. The kids of the Boys and Girls Club served guests a family style menu exampling their newfound expertise.
