Every Sunday in March, Island Creek Oyster Bar Burlington will host a different wine director from a sister restaurant within their extended family. Each wine director will choose three of their favorite wines by the glass, giving guests an opportunity to learn more about their menu, preferred wine regions and perspective.

Island Creek Oyster Bar continues the team’s restless spirit for spreading the gospel of oyster culture. Located at 300 District Avenue in Burlington, Island Creek Oyster Bar places seafood at the center of a collaboration joining farmer, chef, and diner. Anchored in chef Jeremy Sewall’s New England heritage, Skip Bennett’s quest to grow the world’s best oysters, and the unmistakable hospitality of Garrett Harker, Island Creek Oyster Bar is a high-energy restaurant focused on a deep respect for the purest ingredients and a commitment to the highest level of service.
