Burlington’s Island Creek Oyster Bar is thrilled to host Brooklyn, New York’s Other Half Brewing for an exclusive tap takeover on Sunday, September 24, following the end of the much-anticipated Copenhagen Beer Celebration in Boston. Following their opening in the fall of 2016, the restaurant works to continue to spread the gospel of oyster culture within The District, the heart of Burlington’s already sophisticated dining and retail hub. Island Creek Oyster Bar Burlington places seafood at the center of a collaboration joining farmer, chef, and diner.

Other Half will be taking over ICOB’s eight tap lines during brunch service, where chef Matt Celeste will present menu specials such as:

Rye Spaetzle with a Poached Egg and Housemade Tasso Ham 

Pastry Basket featuring Beer Bread and a Housemade Pretzel

 

Other Half’s offerings will include:

Green Down to the Socks: Imperial IPA with cascade, mosaic, motueka + XJA, double dry hopped

All Citra Everything: Imperial single hop citra IPA, double dry hopped with Citra Lupulin powder

Double Mosaic Daydream: Single hop mosaic imperial india pale ale with oats and lactose, double dry hopped with Mosaic lupulin powder

Space Diamonds: Imperial single hop galaxy IPA, double dry hopped

Cream Get the Honey: IPA with mosaic, honey + oats

Baby Diamonds: Session IPA with amarillo + galaxy (Session version of Green Diamonds)

Ain’t Nothing Nice: IPA with galaxy, mosaic + simcoe, double dry hopped

Double Citra Daydream: Imperial single hop Citra IPA with oats and lactose 

 

 

Other Half’s mission is to create beers that they want to drink from a company that they want to be a part of.
