Big Night Entertainment Group and the team at Red Lantern are introducing their annual PRIDE menu in celebration of Boston Pride Week, June 1-10.

The team at Big Night Entertainment Group and Red Lantern are celebrating Boston Pride Week with a special PRIDE Menu. The special menu, a collaboration between chef Kevin Scott and sales manager Jarrett Hanley is an annual tradition at Red Lantern during PRIDE week featuring over a dozen dish and cocktail specials that are inspired by LGBTQ icons and celebrities. Jarrett Hanley, an active member in Boston’s LGBTQ community and board member on North Shore Pride, introduced the PRIDE menu to Red Lantern in 2014 and spearheads the creative names behind the inventive specials each year.

This year guests can enjoy festive menu items including the Ellen Degene-roll (salmon and cucumber Inside, Bluefin tuna dragon, yuzu miso, tempura bits, candied lemon zest), Neil Patrick Carrotts (side dish of braised carrots, wok fried with mung bean sprouts), and Adam Rippon Spare Ribs (sweet and spicy, grilled and glazed bone-in pork spare ribs, miso potato salad). The menu also features a variety of festive cocktails, including the Red Door Cocktail (Grey Goose Le Melon, Pinot Noir, lychee, orange juice, pineapple). Big Night Entertainment Group will be donating a portion of the Red Door Cocktail to Victory Programs.
