Sea Level, Night Shift Team Up for Beer Dinner
Four courses and beer pairings will be served over at the Salem oyster bar.
Join Salem’s Sea Level Oyster Bar and Everett-based Night Shift Brewing on January 11 for a night filled with great food and beer as the two team up for a beer dinner, complete with three main courses, each paired with a different beer, plus a dessert course.
First Course: Peel-and-eat shrimp with citrus salsa and Old Bay popcorn. Paired with Whirlpool.
Second Course: Flounder stuffed with spinach and raisins. Paired with Trifecta.
Third Course: “Beer can” chicken, sweet potato hash and grilled orange with curry vanilla sauce and plantain chips. Paired with Awake.
Fourth Course: Coconut cake with banana mousse, banana chip dust, and cotton candy.
