From the generous amount of swimmingly fresh lobster to the rolls baked by Gloucester institution Virgilo’s, thought goes into every detail. While the simplicity of the regular lobster roll, dressed lightly with celery and mayo, needs no improvement, the lobster BLT, with avocado and bacon, takes the sandwich to a whole new level.
