Study Finds Best Places to Retire in Massachusetts

Three towns on the North Shore made the top ten list.




 

A new study from SmartAsset ranked the 10 best places to retire in Massachusetts. The study considers taxes (both income and sales), the number of doctors’ offices and opportunity for recreation and social life.

Three North Shore towns, Andover at no. 3, Newburyport at no. 7, and Danvers at no. 8 made the top ten list.
