Executive chef Steve Walsh heads the kitchen at Tony C’s Sports Bar & Grill at the Northshore Mall, with a focus on incorporating fresh, mainly local ingredients into the menu of American comfort food and game-day staples.



Guests at Tony C’s in Peabody can indulge in fan favorites like the Philly cheesesteak wontons (crispy fried, Sriracha aioli - $12), and the #25 Burger (Vermont cheddar, crispy pork belly, fried egg, smoky hoisin sauce, sesame brioche - $15) and chicken conigliaro (scallopini style, angel hair pasta, lemon white wine caper sauce -$16), which pay homage to the restaurant’s namesake. New menu standouts include thick slab bacon (sweet corn, northern bean, curry butter - $11), General Tso’s maki roll (sushi rice, orange chicken, mango, cucumber - $10), ultimate grilled BLT (house cured bacon, Fontinella, sharp Vermont cheddar - $13), seared tuna burger (arugula, cucumber, tomato, toasted sesame, wasabi aioli - $14), and pork tomahawk chop au poivré (brandy cream sauce, garlic mashed potato - $19).
