First Annual Best of the North Shore Wedding Awards Unveiled

From floral designers to engagement rings to bridal shows, Northshore magazine’s January/ February issue celebrates the experts North of Boston who make wedding dreams a reality.


(Andover, MA) January 4, 2016 — From cakes to gowns to venues and more, Northshore magazine’s first annual Best of the North Shore (BONS) Wedding Awards recognize the best of the best for tying the knot on the North Shore of Mass. This extension of the regional publication’s annual BONS awards truly showcases the experts who make wedding dreams a reality.

 “This issue is a must-have when it comes to selecting the best-of-the-best wedding resources,” comments Kelly Schetzsle, publisher for Northshore.

The first annual BONS Weddings Awards celebrates the magazine’s editorial and reader picks for the North Shore’s best caterers, venues, favors, attire, and services. Local vendors and events were nominated and voted on by both editors and readers of Northshore. Over 10,000+ votes were tabulated to determine the inaugural BONS Weddings Awards Readers’ Choices awards and more than 60 organizations are recognized as BONS Weddings 2016 winners across 32 sub-categories.

“We assembled an incredible committee to help vet the Editors’ Choice Awards,” says Nancy E. Berry, editor of Northshore. “From fashionistas to food critics, our team was tasting and exploring for months to compile this Best of Weddings list.”
