Piper & Chloe, Newburyport
Philosophy: Although they carry some large brands, many of Piper & Chloe’s lines are sourced from up-and-coming designers and artisans, ensuring originality and the quality that comes with products made in small batches. Favorite local brands include Forest Bound (designer and maker of the original ESCAPE bag), handmade in Somerville. Their jewelry line Mulxiply is designed in Portland, ME. Drifter & Bloom is a Plum Island line that crochets and does macramé.
What’s New: A recent move to The Tannery in Newburyport (hello free parking and Sunday farmers’ markets!) as well as new workshop offerings (typically held after hours in the shop with snacks & sips and discounted pre-workshop shopping).
Standout Quality: This is one place that strives to give customers an inspiring experience, whether you are shopping in the store, browsing their Instagram feed (@piperandchloeshop), or attending one of their workshops. You can turn to them for accessories for yourself, your home, and your friends.
