It’s hard to choose at chef Lauren Moran’s bake shop. Moran, who grew up next door in Wenham, has an impressive résumé, having worked under Frank McClelland and as pastry chef for the Island Creek group of restaurants in Boston. The bread is always fresh baked for those breakfast sandwiches, but the donuts, croissants, and muffins are also alluring. Maybe just grab one of each.
