Riverwalk Brewing Co. has garnered a steadfast following for its 30 varieties of craft beer served in the 12-spigot taproom, beer garden, or on the expansive deck. The brewery, which has a solar rooftop and wind turbine to supply most of the building’s electricity, and sends its spent grains to feed livestock at nearby Artichoke Dairy Farm, recently installed a performance stage and pizza oven to boost the fun factor. During the pandemic the brewery has given the weekend proceeds from one beer sold via drive throughs to a local charity. The company also is brewing a special beer to address equity issues in America.
