The yellow blush of the alcohol, combined with the raspberry puree swirl around the graham cracker-rimmed glass, makes this drink not only delicious, but beautiful to look at as well. Whether it’s on the deck while listening to live music or in the dark-wood bar near the fire, sipping on this is like “biting into a piece of Key lime pie,” says bartender Leza Levitan, thanks to the Pina Colada puree. Key Lime Pie Martini
Serves 1
1 oz. Kettle One Citron
1 oz. Grey Goose Vanilla
1 oz. Limoncello
3 oz. Rosie’s Lime Juice
1 oz. Pina Colada Puree
graham cracker crumbs
red raspberry puree
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Line the rim of a martini glass with graham cracker crumbs, then drizzle raspberry puree artfully into glass. Pour mixture from shaker into the martini glass and serve.
