New Year’s Eve Yoga Party

Join Katy O’Brien Dagle and Kayla Lemieux to ring in the new year with a good old fashioned yoga party. The evening will begin with an opening ceremony, setting intentions for the year to come and reflecting on what you want to leave behind in 2016. To make space for all that the new year has to offer, attendees will move through a powerful, energizing, and purifying sequence. The workshop promises to be fun and challenging, yet accessible to all levels as guests flow to a soundtrack of musical hits through the decades. The evening will conclude with a guided meditation, followed by a glass of champagne and a toast to 2017.
