What’s unique: Chocolate Dough Boys—Chef Jennifer Normant’s pillowy, hand-molded, fried ravioli, rolled in cinnamon sugar and filled with chocolate. Other fillings, like seasonal fruits or berries, might be offered on special at the chef’s whim.
Fun fact: Chef Normant made it to the final five on Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen TV show.
In the works: Look for the enticing-sounding Twinkie Tiramisu on the dessert menu this summer, along with lemon blueberry pie and carrot cake.
