Best Friends Pet Care

In addition to being clean, safe, and spacious, bucolically located Best Friends Pet Care has a live webcam so owners can keep an eye on their pooch from a distance, which for many “parents” is a real comfort. Being able to see your little one playing with other pups and engaging with the dog-loving staff offers peace of mind (and it’s fun). Many of the “counselors” are longtimers and remember both pets and owners by name. Customized playgroups are arranged so that rough-and-tumble “toddlers” can play hard, while older dogs are given space to be social without getting caught in the fray. Also, dogs are screened prior to attending daycare to make sure they’re a good fit. According to one “mom,” “The staff really gets each dog, and the dogs get what they want.” For boarding, pups that are accustomed to living together can share the same suite, use bedding from home, and keep their favorite toys. They even offer on-site grooming. “When I pick the dogs up after a week away, they always look and smell great!”
