Recently dubbed a “cool shop” by Boston Magazine, GLADSTONE, antique and contemporary fine jewelry gallery of Manchester-by-the-Sea will be welcoming Australian-born Ray Griffiths, renowned fine jewelry designer, and featuring his latest collection of designs in their first in-store trunk show.
Mr. Griffiths has been creating beautiful jewelry for more than 30 years drawing on inspiration from architecture and art, a degree in gemology, and his early training in the restoration of tiaras and crowns for royals. Exquisite signature “crownwork” basket settings, and gorgeous gemstone combinations reflect unusual attention to detail and craftsmanship. These are elegant original jewelry designs with historic references that will create timeless heirlooms.
While at GLADSTONE, don’t miss a new exhibit of “Springtime Greenhouse Panoramas” by photographer Esther Pullman, and the curated collection of antique and contemporary fine jewelry selected by gallery owners Elaine Souza and Charles Gladstone – timeless pieces beautifully displayed.
Ray Griffiths will be in the gallery Friday May 4th, 11 – 7 and Saturday May 5th, 11 – 5.
