Slow Cooker Harvest Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

(1) 2-4 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed

3 apples cored and sliced

1 cup applesauce

1 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1 tbsp. oil

salt

pepper

 Directions

Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat

Salt and pepper tenderloin

Brown pork on all sides

Place apples in the bottom of a 5-7 qt. crock pot

Pour vinegar over apples

Place browned pork on apples

Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on tenderloin

Cover pork with applesauce

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours

Slice tenderloin and serve with cooked apples
