Guests enjoyed a night of wining and dining at Chopps with Rodney Strong winemaker Greg Morthole. Executive Chef Steve Zimei presented a perfectly paired prix fixe menu for the evening. Guests sipped on top picks from Greg Morthole and indulged in courses like caramelized scallops, five-spiced braised beef short rib, and dark chocolate lava cake.
