Christmas in Times of Conflict

The North Shore Players of Danvers present “Christmas in Times of Conflict.” So much great Christmas music came about during wartime. At the Christmas Truce of 1914, German, French and English soldiers sang Silent Night. World War II produced Rudolph, White Christmas and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. Out of the Cold War came Baby, It’s Cold Outside, Elvis’ Blue Christmas, and Do You Hear What I Hear? The revue is at Hogan Regional Auditorium, 450 Maple Street, Danvers, Dec. 15 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $10/$5, available at the door.
