This spring, The Inn at Hastings Park, Boston area’s only Relais & Châteaux property located in historic Lexington, MA, will offer an immersive culinary journey, locally sourced and globally inspired. Showcasing Relais & Châteaux’s dedication to sustainability, this event will feature the seasonal bounty of local farms, thoughtfully paired with the elegant wines of Nautilus Estate (Marlborough, New Zealand) and the insights of its winemaker Clive Jones whose philosophy is creating food-friendly wines. Nautilus Pinot Noir is today considered a Marlborough benchmark and Nautilus also produces Marlborough’s flagship is white varietal, Sauvignon Blanc. Executive Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi (formerly of Lumière, L’Espalier, American Seasons) will present a four-course dinner designed to enhance the nuanced textures and mouthfeel of Nautilus’s acclaimed Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. The dinner will commence at 6 pm and is exclusively for adults aged 21+. $150 per person, plus tax & gratuity.
