Our headline act is Pogo Fred – multiple Guinness World Records for his extreme pogo stunts! And local favorites Cape Ann Dance and Kicked Off the Bus will be entertaining the crowds! It’s the perfect way to spend a summer night under a Full Moon in downtown Gloucester!
