Lowell’s 2025 WinterFest

Don’t hibernate – come celebrate WinterFest’s 25th anniversary!
The festivities kick off on Friday, February 21 with Opening Ceremonies taking place at 6:00 PM in the Enterprise Bank Music Tent with live music and an appearance by Lowla Bear. Stop by the Experience Lowell Arts Market to peruse local handmade goods from 6:00-9:00 PM on Friday.
Saturday, February 22 boasts a day of activities to fight the winter blues, including: 
The Richard Rourke Memorial Soup Competition, at 12:00 PM Live music in the Enterprise Bank Music Tent, beginning at 12:00 PM The Experience Lowell Arts Market, produced by Mosaic Lowell, from 12:00-7:00 PM St. Anne’s Chocolate Festival from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM Fire sculptures on Palmer Street Live ice sculpture carving on Palmer Street The 3rd annual WinterFest Scavenger Hunt, all day Mosaic Lowell’s Youth Mural Competition with voting open all day
