The Inn at Hastings Park, located in Lexington, MA and Boston’s only Relais & Châteaux property, welcomes Ana Lovaglio Balbo of the renowned South American Relais & Châteaux property Susana Balbo Wines & Hotel for an intimate seasonal collaboration.
The Inn’s Chef Cory Williams’ five-course New England menu will meet bold, soulful flavors of Argentina, and will be paired with exceptional wines from one of Mendoza’s most celebrated family wineries founded by Susana Balbo, Argentina’s first female winemaker. Guided by Susana’s daughter, Ana, this is more than a dinner. It’s a Route de Bonheur – a path of joy connecting terroir, craftsmanship, and the warmth of two women-led hospitality legacies across hemispheres.
