PLANTS’ + ‘SURGE’ at The Crane Estate by Boston Dance Theater

We are thrilled to invite you to Boston Dance Theater’s presentation of an environmentally focused dance performance at The Barn at Castle Hill on The Crane Estate in Ipswich, MA, on June 26, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The company will showcase excerpts from its ecological programs, including SURGE and The PLANTS Project. ‘SURGE’ explores human impact on oceans and sea level rise, while ‘The PLANTS Project’ highlights the resilience of plant life through movement. Both pieces were created in deep collaboration with local experts. After the show, attendees are invited to join a casual gathering to discuss the work with the dancers and collaborators.
