An elegant fall harvest dinner where Bordeaux and New England meet at the Inn at Hastings Park. Held at the elegant Town Meeting Bistro, this immersive and indulgent gastronomic journey will feature the highest quality farm-fresh New England autumn produce from Lexington’s beloved Wilson Farm (since 1884) in a curated, 5-course menu paired with an exceptional selection of world-renowned wines from the Bordeaux region. Bordeaux is most famous for its complex, full-bodied, dry red wines, from grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, and is also celebrated for its sweet white wines from the Sauternes region.
