Direct from Mexico by way of Southern California, Bueno Malo seems like an L.A. taco stand for good reason. Chef Franco Lozano III learned his recipes from his mom and grandmother. During the day, breeze in for a fast-casual meal—we especially like the fish tacos. At night, the lights go down, the music cranks up, and it’s margarita time.
