Chef/co-owner Franco Lozano III uses recipes passed down by his Mexican grandmother to create his delicious overstuffed tacos. Try the Carnitas, filled with slow-cooked pork topped with pico de gallo, or the vegan roasted cauliflower, topped with avocado mousse and pickled onions. Get two tacos with a generous portion of rice and beans for just $20. The space, tucked into a courtyard off of Main Street, transports everyone to California.
