MARBLEHEAD - May 20, 2009 - The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for new member Evan's New York Style Deli at their location, 31 Smith Street, Marblehead.Owners Evan Madoff and Shannon Dugas have been bringing a taste of New York to Marblehead since August of 2007.  Evan earned his "PHD in Deli-Ology" while living and working in New York city, the "birthplace of deli."  When he moved back to Massachusetts, he recognized the need for true New-York style deli in Marblehead and opened Evan's Deli.  The sandwiches served at Evan's are, according to the Phantom Gourmet, "Outrageously
