  Something special is brewing in the local food scene in Salem this spring. Neighbors A&J King Artisan Bakers and Notch Brewing have teamed up to create the Notch Pilsner Pretzel, an authentic lye-dipped pretzel made in the traditional German fashion made with Notch Pilsner.
