Executive Chef Steve Zimei is presenting a perfectly paired prix fixe menu for the evening. Guests can sip on top picks from Greg Morthole and indulge in courses like Baked Oysters, Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip, and Dark Chocolate Lava Cake.
