Guests can dive into must-have dishes created from tasty ingredients from local vendors like the Buffalo Style Chicken Wings ($12), Volcano Roll Sushi (baked scallop, crab meat, tobiko, avocado, cucumber, toasted sesame – $15), TAMO Burger (carmelized onion, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese on brioche bun – $16), Clam Chowder ($8), Lobster Roll ($22) and selection of fresh salads as well as a range of vegan, gluten-free and diabetes-friendly menu items.
