Beauport Hospitality Group is honored to be the premier corporate sponsor of Maritime Gloucester’s 34th annual Gloucester Schooner Festival on Friday, August 31, to Monday, September 3, 2018. The support from Beauport Hospitality Group will provide the funds for the dock space essential for the duration of this year’s festival and years to come.

Highlights for this Labor Day weekend include the arrival of Nova Scotia’s recently restored Schooner Bluenose II and a replica of the 1923 Essex-builtSchooner Columbia. The schedule of events also features a Boat Parade of Lights and the Fireworks Display that can be viewed from the Beauport Hotel, among other festivities. Mayor Sefatia Romeo Theken will officially welcome the highly anticipated schooners on Friday evening, then present the Esperanto Cup for the winner of the Mayor’s Race on Sunday, September 2.
