Portsmouth, NH — Restaurants are pulling out all the stops for the 10th Annual Portsmouth and the Seacoast Restaurant Week. From Nov. 7 through 17, 46 restaurants in and around the city will offer a three-course prix fixe menu at $16.95 for lunch and $29.95 for dinner, the prices from a decade ago. “Restaurant Week is fantastic.
