Chamber Honors 2009 Gloucester Small Business Person
The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce has announced that Jon & Carol Morse of Jon R. Morse, CPA will receive the Gloucester Small Business Persons of the Year award. As part of the celebration of Small Business Week, June 1-5, a reception will be held for them on Monday, June 1, at 5:00 p.m. at Bass Rocks Golf Club in Gloucester. The Morses will also be honored at the Chamber’s Annual Small Business Week Luncheon on Friday, June 5, at 12:00 noon at The Manor Inn (Rt. 133, Gloucester) along with the other recipients: Rockport Sharon K. McDonald and Mark W. Silva of Helmut’s Strudel Shop and Willoughby’s Fashions; Manchester Bob Ryan of Ryan & Wood, Inc., Distilleries; and Essex Pat & Jack Chisholm of Chebacco Market.
